Dr Poonam

“विद्या ददाति विनयं, विनयाद् याति पात्रताम्।”
Knowledge gives humility; from humility comes worthiness.
“कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन।”
You have the right to perform your duties, but not to the fruits of your actions.

These timeless shlokas beautifully reflect the philosophy of our institution. They remind us that true education is not merely about acquiring knowledge, but about developing humility, responsibility, dedication, and character. It gives me immense pride to share that our school continues to move forward with a progressive vision aligned with the spirit of the National Education Policy 2020. As we navigate the realities of a VUCA world—one that is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous—we understand the need to prepare our students not just academically, but holistically, so they are ready to face global challenges with confidence and resilience.

Our focus remains on nurturing critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities among students. We believe that learning must be meaningful and connected to real life. Therefore, we actively practice inquiry-based, experiential, collaborative, and art-integrated learning to make classrooms vibrant spaces of exploration and innovation. Through competency-based education, we aim to develop conceptual clarity and analytical skills, ensuring that students become independent thinkers and lifelong learners.

Discipline and value education form the strong foundation of our school culture. Respect for teachers, peers, and the community is deeply embedded in our ethos. We strive to shape individuals who are not only academically proficient but also morally upright and socially responsible. Character building remains at the heart of all our educational endeavors. Beyond academics, we strongly promote co-curricular engagement as an essential component of holistic growth. Our students actively participate in national celebrations such as 15th August and 26th January, and a wide range of literary, cultural, and sports activities throughout the year. These opportunities help them build confidence, leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of national pride. We are especially proud of our NCC Wing, whose cadets consistently secure top positions and are recognized as “Best Cadets.” Their discipline, dedication, and commitment truly exemplify the values we cherish.

Looking ahead, we remain committed to encouraging our students to participate in national-level competitions and broaden their horizons. Our aim is to ensure the overall holistic development of very child—intellectually, emotionally, physically, and ethically—so that they emerge as responsible global citizens rooted in strong Indian values. Every year, Kahuna magazine is published as a reflection of our students’ dedication, creativity, achievements, and enthusiastic participation in diverse activities. It showcases their talents, aspirations, and the vibrant spirit of our school community. May this edition inspire all of us to continue striving for excellence and uphold the dignity and discipline that define our institution.

With best wishes,
Principal
